
Shipping
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I want to let all of my customers know, that I am taking extra precautions when it comes to handling the item you have purchased. Everything is prepared and shipped from my home studio, which is a very clean, healthy and a safe environment. I wash my hands, use rubber gloves when handling your order.
All orders are shipped the following Monday due to work commitments.
Items to the US will be sent first class. Items everywhere else will be sent International standard mail.
If the WRONG ADDRESS has been given when ordering and the item has already been dispatched, then nothing can be done until the item has been returned to me. When/if this happens, I will then be able to contact you to get it resent for the cost of posting.
Orders held for whatever reason by customs is not the shop's responsibility and must be taken up with the customs office yourself.
Proof of postage is kept from every order to ensure any missing items may be investigated and sorted.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details:
All orders can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item. Only the payment of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
The customer will also have to provide shipping back to me before receiving the refund. Customer must contact me directly with a reasonable explanation for the return/refund before we begin the process. If the item has been returned in a non-resalable condition then a refund/exchange may not be accepted.
If the item has not yet arrived please allow 24 days from the shipped date before contacting.
Please also make sure you have provided the correct address, and you do not have any notification letters from the postal service regarding your order. All proof of postage is kept.

Tattoo Love
As some of my designs are of a tattoo style, you may want to get them tattooed on yourselves.
If this is the case, I'm very stoked you have chosen one of my creations to be permenently added to your body, but I only ask 3 things:
1. Purchase a print (or many!) as it shows support for the artist. The Bigger the better! However whatever suits your needs
2. PLEASE show credit for the design eg. tag me in the classic facebook/IG picture showing off your new ink.
